The Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative is a program to create a network to develop student support and scholarship programs throughout Colorado. The intent of the scholarship is to increase financial resources available to college students to help increase the students who are able to attend college and to help retain those students. Fremont County has teamed up with the Boys and Girls Club of Fremont County and is awarded funds each year to bring scholarship funds into the community. Community organizations who are giving out scholarships or who are interested in giving out scholarships are encouraged to contact the Boys and Girls Club of Fremont County to see if your scholarship could be used as part of the required match.
