- The possession, use, or sale of illegal drugs and the use or sale of marijuana is prohibited
- No weapons, fireworks, camping, open fires, paint ball, BB, pellet, air, or blow guns are allowed
- Fremont County is not responsible for losses due to theft, fire, vandalism, or accidents during activities held on the premises or otherwise
- No ATV’s or off-road vehicles allowed except for Fremont County approved events
- Dogs must be on a leash and under the physical control of its owner or guardian at all times
- Pick up and properly dispose of all refuse, dog, and horse droppings
