Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners for Fremont County shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at the Fremont County Administration Building, 615 Macon Ave., Room LL-3, Canon City, CO 81212, to receive public input regarding the designation of matters of state interest regarding site selection and construction of major new domestic water and sewage treatment systems and major extension of existing domestic water and sewage treatment systems; site selection and construction of major facilities of a public utility; and efficient utilization of municipal and industrial water projects and consideration of related proposed regulations. Copies of the proposed regulations are available for review in the Fremont County Department of Planning and Zoning, 615 Macon Avenue, Suite 210, Canon City, CO 81212.
