Notice is hereby made that a public hearing on revisions and updates to the Fremont County Building Department On-Site Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Regulations will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 9:30 AM (MST) for all interested citizens to attend for public comment. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 615 Macon Avenue, LL-3, Cañon City, Colorado 81212.
The proposed OWTS Regulations are available for public inspection and comment and may be examined during regular business hours at the Fremont County Administration Building, 615 Macon Avenue, Room #105, Cañon City, Colorado, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The proposed OWTS Regulations are also attached below.
All interested citizens have the opportunity to give written and/or oral comments and are encouraged to attend the public hearing on the above scheduled date and time.
