EVENTS ARE STILL BEING ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE
No parking or gate fees during the fair. The evenings of the Rodeo you will have to pay admission to the rodeo to enter the fair since no other fair activities will be going on. All other events during the week are free and open to the public.

9:00 a.m. 4-H Dog Show. Only 4-H certified dogs that are showing are allowed in the building. 4:00 p.m. Deadline for Pee-Wee Livestock show registrations if you're bringing an animal to show.

5:45 p.m. Ribbon cutting ceremony at Pathfinder Park Event Center in the outdoor arena. Presentation of the Family of the Year and announcement of the Delores Comstock Scholarship recipients.

Sunday, July 27 (All Events at Pathfinder Park Event Center) PATHFINDER EVENT CENTER AUDITORIUM WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
7:30-8:30 a.m. 4-H English Horse Show check-in.
9:00 a.m. 4-H English Showmanship will begin at the Pathfinder Park Event Center Arena. The 4-H English Performance Class will follow Showmanship. 4-H Western Showmanship followed by 4-H Western Performance Class, Showmanship, 4-H Royalty Contest, the Speed Events. Awards will be given immediately following the last show
3:00–6:00 p.m. 4-H General Project, Consumer Science, Cloverbuds and Open Fair entries will be accepted at the Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium
4:00-8:00 p.m. Pen setup (personal items fans, chutes, etc.)

Monday, July 28 (All Events at Pathfinder Park Event Center) PATHFINDER EVENT CENTER AUDITORIUM WILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC VIEWING OF PROJECTS
7:00-8:30 a.m. 4-H/FFA General project check-in at the auditorium.
8:00-10:00 a.m. Small animal check in
8:30-9:30 Large animal check in
10:00 a.m. 4-H/FFA General & Consumer Science project judging. The auditorium is closed to the public.
9:30 a.m. Cat Show check in. Show will take place in the Classroom in the large Pavillion.
10:00 a.m. Cat Show
12:00 p.m. 4-H Royalty Modeling Contest will take place in the Classroom in the large Pavillion
5:00–7:00 p.m. Open Fair entries will be accepted at the Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium. Building not open to the public other than to accept entries.
7:00 p.m. Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium closes

Tuesday, July 29 (All Events at Pathfinder Park Event Center Except Wine Judging)
7:30 a.m. Cowboy Church under large pavillion
8:30 a.m. 4-H/FFA Market Rabbit Show location under the large pavilion in small animal area. If you qualify for the Market Sale, be sure you have your photo taken and fill out sale paperwork and turn into a Superintendent. Breeding show will start following the market classes. Showmanship will start after the completion of the show.
9:00 a.m. Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium opens to the public with Open Fair judging (except for Quilting)
1:00 p.m. MANDATORY Exhibitor Meeting followed by MANDATORY Ultrasounds
5:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Dairy Goat judging will begin in the Show Ring. Awards will be given immediately following the Dairy Shows. Pictures immediately following the show. Note: If the previous show runs over the following event will begin 30 minutes after pictures are completed.
5:30 p.m. Homemade wine will be judged at the Abbey Winery. The public is welcome to watch this event but Must be 21 years old to attend.
6:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Breeding Goat show followed by Market Goat classes in the Show Ring followed by showmanship. If you qualify for the Market Sale, be sure you have your photo taken and fill out sale paperwork immediately following the show.

Wednesday, July 30 (All Events at Pathfinder Park Event Center)
8:00 a.m. Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium opens to the public.
9:00 a.m. Open Quilt Judging
9:00 a.m. Poultry judging starts under the large pavilion in the small animal area. Poultry Showmanship will follow.
1:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Sheep 4-H/FFA Breeding Sheep and Market Sheep shows followed by Showmanship in the Show Ring. Sheep Livestock awards will be given immediately following the Sheep Shows. Pictures immediately following the show. Note: If the poultry show runs over the following event will begin 30 minutes after the pictures are completed.
6:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Swine Market Classes in the Show Ring followed by Showmanship. Swine Livestock awards will be given immediately following the Swine Show. Pictures immediately following the show. Note: If the previous show runs over the following event will begin 30 minutes after the pictures are completed.

8:30 a.m. Utility Goat Show
9:30 a.m. Mandatory meeting for Small Animal for 4-H/FFA members and parents who will be participating in the Master Showmanship.
9:30 a.m. Following meeting Small Animal Master Showmanship Qualifiers for the Fremont County Small Animal Master Showman and/or Reserve Small Animal Master Showman. During this Small Animal Master Showmanship competition, each exhibitor will show a Rabbit, Poultry, Dog, Utility Goat, and a cat. A parent of that exhibitor will also show the same animals.
9:00-Noon Open Gardening entries will be accepted in the Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium. Exhibitors having more than 5 entries, please enter before 10:00 a.m.
1:00 p.m. Open Gardening judging at Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium.
5:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Breeding Beef judging followed by Market Beef judging. Beef Showmanship will follow the Market Beef Show. Market Beef Livestock awards will be given immediately following the Market Beef Show.

Friday, August 1 Family & Celebrate Seniors Day (All Events at Pathfinder Park Event Center)
7:30-9:00 a.m. In honor of our Senior Citizens a complimentary breakfast of biscuits and gravy will be served to individuals over the age of 65 on a first come, first served basis. The Beta Zeta Sorority and the Fremont County Fair Board sponsor the event.
8:00 a.m. Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium opens to the public. Senior Citizen Activities begin.
8:30-9:30 a.m. Pee-Wee Livestock vet check for animals not already on fair grounds.
9:30 a.m. Old Timer Showmanship entries and due.
9:00-Noon Open Floriculture entries will be accepted in the Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium. Exhibitors having more than 5 entries, please enter before 10:00 a.m. No entries will be taken after 12:00 p.m.
10:00-6:00 p.m. Family Day- Children will have the opportunity to visit educational booths and participate in games and other activities. There will be entertainment for the entire family.
9:30 a.m. Pee-Wee Utility Goat Show
10:00 a.m. Pee-Wee Rabbit and Poultry Show in the Small Animal Area
11:00 p.m. Pee-Wee Livestock Show will begin in the Show Ring.
12:00 p.m. “Lunch in a Jiffy”, which consists of either a hot dog or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips, cookie, and a drink will be available for minimal cost.
12:30 p.m. Watermelon Eating Contest under White Tent
1:00 p.m. Open Floriculture judging will start in the Pathfinder Park Event Center. The public is welcome to watch this event.
5:00 Old Timer Showmanship
9:00 p.m. Pathfinder Park Event Center Auditorium closes
Saturday, August 2-Buyers’ Day (All Events at Pathfinder Park Event Center)
8:00 a.m. Pathfinder Park Event Center opens to the public.
8:00 a.m. Mandatory meetings for Livestock for 4-H/FFA members and parents who will be participating in the Master Showmanship.
8:30 a.m. The 4-H/FFA Master Showmanship Competition will begin in the Show Ring. During this competition the County Fair’s 4-H/FFA Showmen show Sheep, Swine, Goats, Beef, Dairy Cattle and Horses for the title of Master Showman. The Reverse Showmanship Competition will follow Master Showmanship. In this competition, the parent of 4-H/FFA members competing in Master Showmanship will have the opportunity to prove their showmanship skills.
12:00 p.m. Release of Poultry and Rabbits not in Livestock Sale.
2:00 p.m. The Buyers’ Barbeque will be held under the large Pavilion.
3:30 p.m. The 4-H Family of the Year and other special awards will be presented in the Show Ring.
4:00 p.m. The 4-H/FFA Market Livestock Sale will begin in the Show Ring.
CPRA Rodeo following the Market Livestock Sale
Silent Auction ends 30 minutes after the completion of the market sale. There will be 30 minutes to pick up items.
5:00-7:00 p.m. Open and 4-H Fair Exhibits will be released. Open premiums will be awarded when exhibits are checked out.
7:00 p.m. Pathfinder Park Event Center closes to the public.
Sunday, August 4
8:00 a.m. Pen and outside clean up starts. Families are requested to come help.
12:00 p.m. Clean up inside all 4-H families are requested to come help.
