Colorado Child Care Assistance Program

What is the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program?
This program assists low income families with child care subsidies. Funding comes from federal, state and local sources including the new Child Care and Development Block Grant. Parents pay a parental fee based on their income.

Who's eligible?

  • Teen parents who are working or in school or obtaining a GED.
  • Low income parents who are working or in training.

How do parents get into the program?

Child Support Services

The Colorado Child Support Services (CSS) Program oversees the state’s child support system. Individual child support orders are managed by Colorado’s county child support offices.
