The Fremont County Department of Human Services administers all assistance payments and related income support program policies in accordance with the rules and regulations contained in the Colorado State Staff Manuals, Vol. III, IV-B and VIII.
While interviewing is normally conducted at the individual desks of eligibility technicians, private interview space will be made available at the client's request.

Central Mountain Options for Long Term Care (CMOLTC) is the Single Entry Point agency for Custer and Fremont counties. Our goal is to provide long-term services to elderly and disabled persons as a means to help people continue to live in community settings as alternatives to nursing home care.
