At the 10/15/2024 Board of County Commissioners’ meeting, the Board adopted a revised Zoning Fee Schedule. The changes reflect staff cost for review, and applications that were added by the creation of new land uses that are included in the 2025 Fremont County Zoning Resolution. Through staff assessment, some fees were lowered while others were raised in an effort to have projects cover the cost of development and not pass that burden to taxpayers.
