Weed Control

State Law requires all landowners to manage noxious weeds on their property. The following weeds labeled “List A”, “List B” and “List C” under Colorado Noxious Weed Act, are considered a threat to the economic and environmental value of our state lands. These listed under the Noxious Weed Act shall be managed under the provisions of this article. The noxious weed species under this act are defined as follows:
