Engineer Department

After an exhaustive local and national search, we have hired an Engineer. His name is Samuel Cocchia. He is currently employed by the City of Philadelphia as an Engineer where he has worked the past 12 years. He has a diverse background working in many different capacities as an Engineer with the City of Philadelphia and we are confident his experience will benefit Fremont County. His report date is March 27th, allowing our current Engineer, J Bunderson, to spend at least a month working with him.

Facilities Director

We have hired a new Facilities Director. His name is Randy Toler. He is a lifetime resident of Fremont County. He owned his own Plumbing Company in Fremont County for approximately 3 years and worked for CMHIP (State Hospital) and the DOC for the past 20 years as a Maintenance Worker, Leadworker, and Maintenance Supervisor. Randy will help fill the gap in our hearts and leadership that we have had since our previous Director, Erik Sebek, passed away in late October. His start date is January 20, 2025.
